Limit Create Shipment
- Limit access frequency: Limit the access frequency based on the access account (carrierid). The maximum number of requests per access account per second can be seen in the table below.
- Quantity limit: The maximum number of requests that can be sent per request can be seen in the table below.

Notes:
- If the request rate exceeds the logistics center limit, an error message is returned with error code 429 Too Many Requests. Error message: The request was not accepted because the application has exceeded the rate limit.
- The Quantity of Request exceeds the limit, and an error message is returned with the error code: 429 Too Many Requests.Error message: The request was not accepted because the application has exceeded per request limit.
- In the case of rate limit, the entire request will response an error. Wait at least one second before sending the request.
- Important Note: Amazon's rate limiting rules are measured in seconds. AMAZON rate limit is 5 TPS.
